Carolyne S. Kalson graduated from Rutgers Law School, Newark, New Jersey. She began her legal career in 1983 as a field attorney for the National Labor Relations Board, the government agency which governs union management issues. Since then, she has represented employees facing employment-related challenges such as wrongful discharge, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workers' compensation injuries, bullying, wage and hour violations and more. As a lawyer, she is compassionate and welcomes questions from clients.
